Switch & Slide
This track course deepened my understanding of user experience (UX) beyond usability and user interfaced (UI) design. Through literature and a design challenge, I learned to see that for me UX is shaped by values, context, stakeholders and emotional needs. It gave me tools for co-design, but also using empathy and a mixed perspective approach, which became more important in my field-research approach in the design process.
